How to Celebrate Pride in NYC

NYC Pride Guide 2026

June is one of the best months to be in New York, and Pride is a big reason why. Across the city, you'll find parades, parties, performances, and opportunities to support the LGBTQIA+ community. Whether you're celebrating, showing up for others, or both, there's no shortage of ways to get involved.

The Best Pride Events

There’s nothing like Pride in NYC, and honestly, we wouldn’t want to celebrate it anywhere else. We rounded up the best concerts, dance parties, raves, and late-night functions across the city. Check out our Pride Events list with highlights below.

Pride Month at Joe's Pub

Joe’s Pub is celebrating Pride Month with a packed lineup of queer performers, cabaret legends, tribute shows, and late-night shenanigans all June long. Plus, we’ve got giveaways for a bunch of them.

Pride Night: Cyclones vs. Keys at Maimonides Park

Celebrate Pride with the Brooklyn Cyclones and enter to win a Fri-yay Night Drink Package with 2 tickets plus drinks for a fireworks-filled night at the ballpark.

Labiahead at Le Poisson Rouge

Dreamland: Pride at Central Park

Party outdoors and celebrate queer art and music with Purple Disco Machine and Kungs.

The Lady Gaga Experience ft. Haus Of Monsters at Brooklyn Bowl

The Lady Gaga Experience brings all the hits, costumes, dancers, and theatrics you'd expect from a proper Mother Monster tribute. Enter to win a pair of tickets and celebrate Pride at Brooklyn Bowl.

PrideFest in Manhattan

Enjoy a free day of live performances, local vendors, community groups, and nonstop LGBTQIA+ pride all along 4th Avenue on 6/28.

Where to Pregame Pride

There’s nothing like queer nightlife in NYC during Pride month. We rounded up some of our favorite queer-friendly bars for drag, disco, dancing, strong drinks, and nights that turn into mornings. Here’s a sneak peek at a few of our favorites below.

The Stonewall Inn

This historical landmark needs no introduction as the bar is stamped in history as the starting point of the gay rights movement.

3 Dollar Bill

Huge outdoor patio, part warehouse and part queer playground, with a disco ball hanging overhead like a spiritual guide for the rest of your night.

Cubbyhole

Nestled on a West Village corner, this tiny lesbian bar is covered in colorful decor and somehow always packed with queer women, and their friends no matter what night it is.

Celebrate NYC’s second-largest Pride parade with the Queens Pride Parade and Multicultural Festival honoring LGBTQ+ visibility, culture, and community.

NYC Dyke March at Bryant Park

Join thousands of marchers at this year's Dyke March, a powerful community-led protest for visibility, safety, and LGBTQIA+ rights.

NYC Pride March in Manhattan

See thousands of New Yorkers hit the streets for one of the biggest LGBTQIA+ celebrations and civil rights demonstrations in the world.
